Housemaids and home help in Salalah
Browse housemaids, nannies, carers and private drivers who live in Salalah, in Dhofar governorate, and are looking for full-time work with a family. Profiles list experience, languages, skills and availability, and whether each helper wants a live-in or live-out role.
The rules are the same in Dhofar as in the rest of Oman. Ministerial Decision 574/2025 requires a written contract registered with the Ministry of Labour and a helper aged 21 or over, and gives a paid weekly rest day, paid annual and sick leave, and health insurance paid by the employer.
The Salalah list is still growing. If it's short, post a free job so helpers elsewhere in Oman can see it and respond.
OmanHousemaids is a listing site, not a recruitment office. Contact helpers directly and agree terms between yourselves. Helpers never pay.
